Care

Our products have a lifespan of 10-15 years and do not require any special care. Just store them in a dark, dry and well-ventilated place. Avoid exposure to moisture and prolonged direct sunlight. We also recommend protecting them from chemical products such as hairsprays. Any dust can be gently wiped off with a dry cloth. Do not put the bouquets in water under any circumstances. Also protect the products from pests and pets that like to feast on our preserved grasses.  SINCE WE USE FRAGILE NATURAL MATERIALS, IT MAY HAPPEN THAT SMALL PIECES WILL FALL OFF DURING TRANSPORTATION OR THE BOUQUET MAY BE SLIGHTLY SQUEEZED OR DEFORMED. UNFORTUNATELY, THIS IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. IF YOU FIND A FEW LOOSE FLOWERS IN THE BOX UPON RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE, THERE IS NO NEED TO WORRY. THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN DURING NORMAL USE, AND CERTAINLY NOT TO A DEGREE THAT WOULD AFFECT THE APPEARANCE OF THE PRODUCT. IF YOUR BOUQUET SEEMS SLIGHTLY FLATTENED, SIMPLY FLUFF IT GENTLY AND PLACE IT LOOSELY IN A VASE—IT WILL SOON REGAIN ITS ORIGINAL SHAPE.If the bouquet starts to become damp due to incorrect storage conditions, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve the situation.
