Returns

You may return in-stock products within 14 days of receiving the package, without providing a reason. However, please contact us via internal message before returning the goods to inform us of your decision. Once we receive the returned package, we will refund the full amount for the goods within 14 days. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND PACKAGES WITH CASH ON DELIVERY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse the package.

If you decide to return your order, please do so within 14 calendar days. While you are not required to give a reason, we would greatly appreciate your feedback so we can improve our services. If you've simply changed your mind, just let us know you're returning the item—you have the legal right to do so. However, please do not damage the product (we have unfortunately encountered such cases before).
