Custom or personalized orders items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders
You can cancel your order for full refund BEFORE we ship it. It is not possible to cancel it after shipping date.
If you are not happy please contact us prior to leaving feedback so we can get a chance to make it right. We are only happy when you are happy :)
If you are for any reason unhappy with an item, you can return it within 14 days after receiving it. All returns must be in their original condition. Refunding is only on product price. Shipping & handling cost is not refundable.
If we get your package back as "unclaimed" - we can send it again (but you have to pay for shipping again).
