Please note that before we start the production you need to pay additional fee for a custom order. This payment is for the item specially made for you and is non-refundable.
As custom orders take more time and effort (communication, photos) this is a fee to get your special product done.
You will get photos of the finished product before shipping. Minor changes to the product are possible, but please describe your wishes as detailed as possible. If there is a colour or flower that you don't like let us know before we start to work on your products. If the product needs to be remade completely (from scratch), extra fee applies.
Europe:
standard shipping costs €10 and takes 5-8 days
DHL EXPRESS costs €25 and takes 1-2 days
USA:
Standard shipping costs €13 and takes 10-14 days,
DHL EXPRESS costs €28 and takes 2-4 days
Australia/Canada: we only ship with DHL Express which costs 28-35 euros and takes 4-6 days.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by post office. The package can’t be returned and the money can’t be refunded if there was a delay caused by post office.
Once the customized item is made, the order can’t be canceled. If you wish to cancel the order you need to pay 10% of the price for the product.
Coupons can't be used for any customised accessories.
Custom accessories can't be returned for a refund! Preserved and dried material that we use in our products is fragile so sometimes it can break/fall off, but it shouldn't affect the overall look of the product. If some material falls off/break, we won't accept returns.
